The real clue is to see if they resign Usman since Saturday is the final fight on his contract. Dakota is not going to cut it. Signing 170 lfa champ piersma helps, shannon clark too. But they have a ways to go
Don't undersell Dakota -- the two successful runs of WMMA both involved a single fighter, first Gina, then Ronda.
Also they only need to do one Netflix event per quarter so the focus should be on finding the right fighters to feature on the big shows, you want a mix of competitive matchups that could produce great fights, beatdowns to showcase up and comers, and slugfests with proven meatheads.
Plus let the personalities shine -- not in a Josh Hokit bullshit way but just in an old school UFC or Pride way where the guys have different sponsors/outfits, a variety of backgrounds and are different and interesting rather than an endless deluge of Dagestanis wrestlers.

This weekend is massive for the brand. They have Jon Piersma making debut on short notice and have not announced it against a middle eastern opponent with nasty left hand. Which is odd
They still need a deal for their minor events and shit and who knows how that turns out but they only need to win once a quarter. Trying to beat TKO 50 weeks a year is a mug’s game
