Has this guy done stuff like this before? Most of us want something done but few would know or think to write a policy proposal and start a grassroots lobbying campaign.
How would like-minded fans get in touch/help contribute to this effort aside from simply copying what Mike is doing separately? We should be coordinating as best we can to do this.
