Our Fulfillment Policy
(Or, why you shouldn't initiate a chargeback for no reason.)
Content Delivery
My paid content is delivered straight to your inbox sporadically, although ideally at multiple times a week. This includes audio posts, podcast, my archive, notes—you know the drill.
As a subscriber, you can expect new content to be published at irregular intervals. I do not (legally) guarantee a specific publication schedule or frequency.
Refunds
All refunds for paid subscriptions are handled through Substack's platform. To request a refund or cancel your subscription:
1. Go to your Substack account Settings page at substack.com/settings
2. Under Subscriptions, click on our publication
3. Scroll to the Account actions section
4. Click the link next to "To cancel your paid subscription, click here"
5. Select "Cancel Subscription" on the next page
Please note:
- Your paid subscriber benefits will continue until the end of the current billing period
- After cancellation, you'll become a free subscriber unless you completely unsubscribe
- For trials, cancellation ends the trial immediately
If you have any questions about refunds or cancellations, please contact Substack support directly.
Subscription Pausing
You can pause your subscription instead of cancelling:
1. Follow steps 1-3 above
2. Click "Pause Subscription"
3. Select how many months you'd like to pause for
Your subscription will pause immediately. Substack will notify you 3 days before it resumes.
